Ask Cassie #2 - Sweets

Do cookies count as sweets? Or are sweets just candy?  Oh God, starting to prepare for finals must be making more tired than I thought.

Yes, yep. This is it. This is their relationship, basically. William always eating the food Cassie makes for him so she doesn't get any. It doesn't matter how many cookies there are, HE WILL EAT THEM. He's kind of like Edward in the aspect that he can inhale ungodly amounts of food, but it's only with cookies. On the rare occasion when he doesn't finish his cookies, though, Lucy eats them because she's a cookie fanatic as well. Only when she hordes a couple cookies for herself does Cassie get to taste any (well, that, and she usually ends up making herself sick by eating too much cookie dough anyway, so I guess it's actually a win-win situation. ) I tried my hand at anatomy and body positions, and at first I thought it was good but looking back now I see so many errors. For one thing I should have made her neck a bit straighter; I'm gonna try to resolve that next time! I tried minimal shading like the FMA style usually has, as well; I think it turned out all right. I actually kind of like how it looks, not having so many shadows everywhere like I usually do. (Of course, that doesn't mean I'm gonna not overload my drawings with shadows if and when I draw in my own style ) And the lineart isn't a travesty like it was on the last ask reply, probably because I made it thinner and erased some of it to give it THICKNESS OOOOOooooh I'm very tired.

I usually feel like William whenever I'm at a restaurant and I finally get my food brought to me.  

I'd like to thank NoVaNoah. She helped me out big time and gave me tips on how to improve Cassie, which I deeply appreciate. uwu (As well as tweaking her eye palette, which I am definitely keeping ) I mean, gosh...I never knew that Cassie was being noticed by others! :'D (Other than my friends on dA of course, who have supported me so much ;o; *wheezes*) She also gave me some awesome advice on how to draw Cassie's hair, but when she gave the advice I had already completed the lineart for this, so unfortunately I didn't get to experiment this time. |'D However, I'm very optimistic about the next drawing I make! I also never got to show off the new tops of her eyes since her eyelids are lower than usual, but I think they'll be able to be seen on her completely next time.

Man, I thought I'd be able to just draw Ask Replies every once in a while, but nah. I already have the sketching done for 7 of them (which are actually outdated, so I have to sketch over them with my newfound body practice I've acquired. ). I don't know why, but whenever I have a certain prompt for doing something, I always try to focus on just that until it's completely finished. Goodness...palette challenges are gonna be a nightmare. When I start doing those, I wouldn't be surprised if 40983490 deviations in a row would just be palette challenges. =w= Gracious me, I hope not.

So many drawings this week, holy moly! I thought for a while that my drawings would not be as frequent since I recently rediscovered my 3DS, and more importantly...STYLE SAVVY SAJFJKSA along with Undertale, but I mostly just listen to the music since I have an affinity for good 8-bit music It's also probably because I probably won't get around to drawing this weekend because I have so much stuff planned. :'D This is my last meeting for my art class, though, so I'll be able to SLEEP IN on Saturdays! Oh, wait, that means I'll just go into work earlier...scratch that. Though, one extra hour of sleeping in on the weekend is good enough for me. =w= Just get these volunteer hours out of the way and then I can draw ANIME DUDES AS MUCH AS I WANT, YEEEAH!!!
*rolls away to do a Chemistry lab that isn't due until Monday but is going to complete it tonight anyway*
